Warren was born and raised in West Sacramento. Graduated River City HS in 1994. He was introduced to Jennifer through a mutual friend. Jennifer was born and raised in Orange County. They were engaged within 6 weeks of meeting and married within 6 months. They have been married for 16 years. They own and operate McCray’s Handyman, Inc. proudly serving West Sacramento and surrounding areas.
Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
We have two grown boys. William who is 26 and Mason who is 22. Mason is newly engaged and has a 7 month old daughter Macie. We have four dogs, Koda (Husky), Raven (Dane/Lab) and Tito and Bosco (Chihuahuas).
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
We evolved into the handyman business full time in 2017. Warren is a plumber by trade and worked 10 years plumbing houses from the ground up, a foreman for multiple sites and maintaining the homes warranties. Jennifer has a background in sales and marketing. We ware currently working towards obtaining our contractors license. We love working in our community and helping our community beautify and repair their homes.

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
Warren has been here his entire life, grew up on Elder Drive. Jennifer relocated to West Sacramento 16 years ago and they have made their home on Pierce Street in Broderick.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
This is a hard question. We have met so many amazing people in our community. We are blessed to visit 20+ homes a week. So many storys and varying backgrounds we can’t narrow it down to one.
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?BlackMeadow Landing on Lake Havasu, It is our happy place. Always filled with family, fun and boating. No place we would rather be! Jennifers family started the tradition over 60 years ago. We are excited to share the experience with our granddaughter in May.

Danny Trejo, he is very inspiring and has an amazing story. We would take him to Burgers and Brews
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
The Small town feel. Large community spirit.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Comfortable! Still running the handyman business. Enjoying our family.
Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
We dedicated 7 years to the medical cannabis industry, specializing in custom therapies for patients with chronic conditions. Jennifer apprenticed 6 years under a holistic practitioner, pharmacognocist (plant medicine) and master compounder that specialized in patient specific, condition specific cannabis therapies.
Q: What is the most beautiful place you have ever been?
One of our favorite places is Milsap Bar, in the mountains above Lake Oroville in the winter. Moss on the trees, beautiful waterfall on the feather river. Solitude.
